I am Lauren Williams, a Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker and Sales Operations Manager for the eBusiness New Client Care Team at Baird & Warner in Schaumburg, Illinois. 

My extensive knowledge of Real Estate comes from 20 years of Real Estate administration and management positions across Kane, McHenry, Lake, Will, and DuPage, and Cook counties. I have specialized in large team management and growth for the past seven years and am now assisting with the sales management operations of the eBusiness New Client Care Team at Baird & Warner. 

We work with all buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors. Our goal is to make sure that no question goes unanswered, day or night, weekday or weekend. We are available to answer those questions that keep you up at night in a timely manner.

I started working in Real Estate at the early age of 17, working as a receptionist for a private Real Estate company, learning all about customer service and agent/client relationships. I then moved to a Real Estate franchise where I continued to educate myself and learn from top producers on how to become an asset to their clients.

While working as a licensed assistant and REO property manager for another Real Estate team in my hometown, I learned sales strategies for successful transactions, knowledge of local markets, current housing trends, and how to educate my clients about the housing market.

I made the move to a top team in 2018 to widen my clients’ advertising possibilities. In 2022, after helping that team grow from 4 agents to over 30 agents, I decided to make the transition into Real Estate sales full-time. In 2023, I decided to further my Real Estate career by accepting a Sales Operations Management position at Baird & Warner for their eBusiness New Client Care Team and obtained my Real Estate Managing Broker's license.
